About

You are not alone. It can feel completely isolating to struggle with heavy emotions like depression or anxiety, but you don’t have to do it yourself and you can find support through it. Seeking help and talking about some of our darkest and most difficult moments can be really challenging, and I am here to support you in navigating through it. Wherever you are in your journey, I would be honored to help and walk alongside you.

Many young adults struggle with anxiety that stems from identity, sexuality, self-esteem issues, past traumatic events, and/or confusion and uncertainty of the future. Utilizing a culturally sensitive lens and through techniques like Brainspotting and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I strive to help you build a sense of self-compassion and understanding in a validating and safe environment.

As a Filipino-American, I know how scary and stigmatizing it can be to seek help; in many cultures and communities, mental health and therapy are not understood, looked down upon, or shunned and rejected. I became a therapist to break down those misunderstandings. I aim to bring awareness, provide education, and advocate for my community and those I serve.

You don’t have to experience your pain alone. I don’t assume anything when it comes to your story; you are the writer of your narrative and I am here to work together with you and what you feel is important or necessary. I invite you to reach out to me and take the step towards a better tomorrow.
