About

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist and wellness professional, specializing in the treatment of trauma, stress, anxiety, life transitions, and the psychological effects of living with chronic pain and illness. I am currently completing my postgraduate certification in Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration and looking forward to soon bringing psychedelic integration services to my practice; I feel particularly excited to offer psychedelic integration therapy to Filipinx-American folks who are considering having a psychedelic experience in any context and/or would like learn more about the potential benefits of psychedelic medicine and mental health. Ultimately, I feel passionate about helping folks break long standing patterns of intergenerational trauma and experience new ways to be and feel in the world.

I am a proponent for social justice and equality and strongly believe we all deserve to feel safe and loved. I am profoundly moved by existential and spiritual growth processes and am so grateful to not only have experienced my own evolutions, but also having the honor and privilege to support others on their own paths.

Personally, I'm a mother to my young daughter, rescue dog, and many plants! I’ve devoted my life to doing the hard work of my own growth and healing so I can continue to do my work supporting others. Over the years, I’ve come to learn and accept that I’m a highly creative being and living my life authentically requires me to express myself in many ways musically and artistically.
