Kristin Bibat (she/her) is a 2nd generation Filipino-American (Ilokano), born and raised in the Bay Area, CA. She is an Ayurvedic Wellness Guide, Aromatherapist, Angelic Reiki Master Teacher, Yoga Teacher, and forever a student. She is the founder & creator of Gardenia Apothecary, offering hand-crafted self-care products that inspire self-love.
Kristin understands that we are impacted by the elements around and within us. To live in balance with the seasons and have balance within ourselves, we need to consider our entire body: mental, physical, emotional & spiritual. Kristin provides each client with a unique wellness plan that takes into account their entire being. Treatment may include: nutritional guidance, self-care remedies, yoga, mantra, meditation, and aromatherapy.
Through her Wellness Program, rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom and practices, Kristin empowers her clients to create their own self-care rituals, cultivate self-love through daily acts of self-care, and supports her clients in strengthening their inner knowing & intuition. Kristin is dedicated to sharing her wisdom, knowledge, experience and teachings passed down to her so that others may live mindfully and happily.
