Kristen is a certified hypnosis practitioner, artist, and woman of the Filipinx/a/o diaspora.
As a practitioner, I use hypnosis to support others in reconnecting with themselves. I am a guide who empowers others to use their imagination to tend to their mental and emotional landscape.
I believe that each of us has innate gifts, resources, and healing abilities. I also believe that we are not only shaped by our personal experiences but by the environmental circumstances in which we collectively live. I wish to offer a creative way for us to better understand and be in relationship with our inner landscapes so that we may relate to others and our circumstances from a place of agency and adaptability.
