About
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Florida. I grew up with a Filipino mother who was a child psychiatrist. She showed me the importance of mental health and healing. When I was in my graduate program, I was one of the only Asian therapists and quickly realized the lack of representation and the stigma that surrounded mental health and the Asian community. I invested in becoming a culturally competent clinician and want to improve the stigma surrounding mental health for my community.
