Through all stages of life, from birth to death, I help couples, families and individuals get through troubled times, tackle new and old problems and develop realistic and sustainable ways of living. We answer questions like "how will you know therapy is helping you?" and "what changes will others notice about you that will help increase your confidence that therapy is working?" The most important question to ask is "what changes in my life will I notice I have made that would lead to the end of therapy."
