About

I am your RAWTHENTIC therapist, collectivist healer, or LMFT. I'm passionate about serving children, adolescence, adults, and their families to promote healing from physical, emotional, sexual, intergenerational, and racial traumas. With 18 years of experience serving youth and families, 15 years providing direct service to neurodiverse populations and mental health struggles and 6 years of experience working with marginalized communities with complex trauma (e.g., poverty, substance abuse, domestic violence, sexual trauma, oppression through immigration policies, incarceration, homelessness, grief/loss), I am dedicated to empowering others to access their most authentic selves and journeying alongside people as they create a purposeful life that is meaningful for them.

Coming from lived experience of breaking generational patterns of abuse, addictions, and victim mindsets, I love helping clients explore past traumas and generational patterns in their bloodline to allow for them to build dreamed legacies in their family trees. As a neurodivergent therapist, I incorporate somatic practices, dance, art, writing, and authentic processing to accomodate the different learning styles that people embody. As a survivor of sexual traumas, it has been a beautiful part of my journey to be able to create solidarity and hold healing circles for fellow survivors.

In the words of Mother Teresa, “Spread love wherever you go”. I am believer of Jesus Christ who loves everyone. Love is a core value that I live by every day as a wife, mother of 2 teenagers, eldest sister, community leader, collectivist healer, and activist. As a 2nd generation Filipina, I have lived through the hustle culture of relentlessly fighting for the American Dream yet embracing their cultural roots. I embody such gratitude in my lived experiences as it has led me to my purpose in helping others heal on their journey. It would be an honor to serve you on your path towards empowerment and healing.
