About

Wishing you a warm welcome on this path towards healing and self-discovery. As a queer Mexican-Filipina therapist (she/her), I'm here to create a safe and inclusive space for folks of all intersections, with a primary focus on those at the intersections of BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+. Embracing your natural strengths, we'll work together to rediscover and reconstruct your personal narratives, nurturing trust within your body, mind, and spirit.

With a Masters in Social Welfare from UCLA, I've supported clients around topics of anti-oppression, grief, sexuality, life transitions, intersectional identities, relationship difficulties, and trauma. My approach is strengths-based, relational, client-centered, and psychodynamic, focusing on uncovering your most authentic, self-compassionate, and whole self.

I believe in the transformative power of therapy and the strength of our shared humanity. Through introspection, validation, and gentle guidance, I trust your body and mind to lead you towards a life you love and thrive within. In our journey together, you'll find a warm, collaborative space where your unique identities and experiences are honored and celebrated. You're not alone in this healing process—I'm here to walk beside you, supporting and empowering you every step of the way. I invite you to contact me with any questions about beginning therapy.
